• Submitting an ad for publication indicates acceptance of these Rules
  
• Ads may only be placed by registered users of Best In Lincolnshire
• Users may have up to 5 ads running at any one time
• All ads will first be vetted by a system administrator before being published. Best In Lincolnshire reserves the right not to publish an ad without having to give a reason
• Ads for firearms will not be accepted
• Ads will only be accepted from private individuals. No ad for any service or product provided as part of a trade will be accepted
• Best In Lincolnshire does not warrant the accuracy of any ad nor the advertiser's right to sell an item. Potential purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the suitability, condition and title of any advertised item
• In no event will the directors of Best In Lincolnshire Ltd, their officers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, or other consequential loss, without limitation, for any use of this advertising service, even if they are expressly advised of the possibility of such loss
